Prayer for the Nigerian Girls

I shared this yesterday on our Facebook page and twitter, and while our ministry’s main focus is Hawaii, these girls need our prayers. We are praying for them to be found and returned home. The image above had every girls name. Please let’s take time to pray for them until they are all found. Please raise awareness of this issue #bringbackourgirls. Also, please remember that girls and young women around the world are kidnapped and sold in sex and human trafficking. Let’s pray for the liberation of all women and girls in these circumstances.

“The Spirit of the Sovereign Lord is on me, because the Lord has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners, to proclaim the year of the Lord ’s favor and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn, and provide for those who grieve in Zion— to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair. They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor.” Isaiah 61:1-3

“Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.” James 1:27 NIV

“See what this godly sorrow has produced in you: what earnestness, what eagerness to clear yourselves, what indignation, what alarm, what longing, what concern, what readiness to see justice done. At every point you have proved yourselves to be innocent in this matter.” 2 Corinthians 7:11 NIV

  1. I have been praying every day since I read about it. We do not fully know how blessed we are to be free. What that mad mad is doing is of Satan himself. What wonderful news to find all the girls safe.
